Job purpose: To provide professional and timely accounting service in support of the Finance Department, assisting in all areas of the Finance Department. You will also need to provide any other support to the Finance Director and the Finance Team. Role requirements: Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. Excellent numeracy and customer service skills Confident in IT systems including Microsoft packages5 year checkable work/career history. All applicants will be vetted in line with industry standards – BS7858Good time management Duties include: To assist in the sub con process. To assist the sales ledger in the production of invoices and sales systems. To provide cover during staff absences and assist with e Bis functions. To produce various reports to aid in financial control and decision making. To provide administration support. To assist the Commercial Team with keyholding information. To assist with the month end process. To maintain strong relationships with Customers and Suppliers. Please note - these are the key elements of the role and you may be asked to undertake additional duties.
