Town Planner Kettering HA 11258 Salary: Negotiable depending on skills and experience Our client, a multi: disciplinary surveying and planning consultancy are urgently looking to appoint a Town Planner to work as part of their Kettering based town planning team. The successful candidate will take a lead role within the team and work to deliver expert planning services for their clients in predominantly the residential and commercial sectors. For this role candidates are sought with: A relevant Town Planning related BSc/MSc (or equivalent) Demonstrable planning experience, preferably within a consultancy environment Chartered Membership to the RTPI Proven ability to win new business for the team A full UK drivers licence Duties: Supporting the team with the delivery of a variety of complex projects Undertaking a fee earning role Liaising with clients, local authorities and internal Directors Mentoring junior members of the team In return the company are offering a competitive starting salary and full benefits package including bonus, pension and RTPI subscriptions paid.
