Job description Our next CEO should share our vision and have the ambition and experience to grow our business and improve our product offerings to become an industry leader. The selected candidate will provide company-wide leadership in all areas, including business strategy, finance, marketing, product development and working culture. Terms of employment• Permanent full-time• $50.61 per hour, 30 hours per week• Language of work: English Job duties• Define and update company-wide goals and values as the company grows• Formulate or approve strategies, systems, policies and programs to achieve company goals and values• Allocate company resources to implement company goals and values• Lead the company’s senior staff across all departments and teams and facilitate company-wide collaboration• Approve all personnel planning decisions• Oversee the company’s financial activities• Formulate or approve promotional and marketing strategies and activities• Represent the company, personally or through a delegate, in negotiations and other external official functions Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, commerce or another related field• At least three to five years of experience as a senior executive in a related industry• Demonstrated success in leading and growing a business• Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, regulators and other stakeholders• Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to develop and implement effective solutions To apply, please send your resume or CV and a cover letter to thank all interested candidates,.
