MD Financial Management, a division of Scotia Wealth Management, has an exciting opportunity for a talented, enthusiastic, and client-focused Digital Wealth Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Wealth Strategy & Execution as a Digital Wealth Administrator, your primary focus will be to assist our Advisors in the day-to-day operations and administration of MD’s Digital Wealth business. You will play a critical role in partnering with our vendors to ensure MD is achieving our desired service levels and flawless quality. Is this role right for you? In this role you will: • Improve the performance of oneself and the team by pursuing opportunities for continuous improvement, learning and foster teamwork that drives employee engagement • You will participate in the development of new tools/solutions to address process and service delivery challenges • You will be responsible for supporting, and at times, leading programs to support the daily operations of MD’s Digital Wealth Business • Responsible to ensure all client requests are completed within our service level agreements and with the highest level of quality • You’ll act a point person for the preparation of correspondence to clients and third parties, maintaining a follow up system to ensure closure is brought relative to all inquiries. • You will lead the ongoing maintenance of client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date. • You will play a key role in the development and implementation of standard business processes, including gap identification and creation/maintenance of process documentation. The Must Haves: • University degree, college diploma or equivalent educational and/or professional experience with 2-3 years of experience in the financial service industry supporting advisors and/or clients • Fluently.
