Key Information: Must have at least 3 years in a supervisor role Must have at least 10 years of water & sewer experience Must be able to plan, schedule, direct crews within the budget and timeline assigned Hours: Various shifts, project dependent, 12-hour days Must be willing to working evenings and weekends (Various shift rotations) Hourly rate is dependent on experience Health benefits, pension plan, RRSP matching, vacation pay offered Job Description: Plan, schedule, direct crews within the budget and timeline assigned Provide leadership and training to Foreman and other field staff Work with the Safety Advisors to ensure the work is performed safely Plan the construction function to establish an affective organization. Direct the overall construction program of the project Ensure project is meeting construction schedule Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity on site Experience and Certifications: Software is heavily used within the organization processes; the candidate must have strong computer skills and have a history of working within software programs such as: Microsoft Office (Excel), and Proprietary Software A minimum of 5 years in a supervisor.
