The Hotel Arts Group is currently seeking an energetic and passionate guest service professional to join our Reservations Team for a full-time role at Hotel Arts Group! We are looking to fill the role with someone who embraces what it means to be an Artisan. This role is a full-time role with a Tuesday to Saturday schedule. This Artisan on our Reservations Team can look forward to performing the following tasks: Accurately quote and input reservations received either directly by phone, email, fax, internally and rooming list, or indirectly by other channels Review transient reservations for accuracy in rate codes, billing, comments, deposits, traces, alerts, company profiles, and applicable complimentary services Manage the general mailbox and respond to all guests in a timely manner and file all correspondence Process deposits, cancellations, and no shows Build and maintain corporate rate codes and profiles Complete all daily reports generated by the PMS Balance room inventory in high demand periods Work with all departments for the best possible solutions to any guest concerns Assist the Group Reservations Agent with duties as required Assist the Front Desk with call enquires from guests in the house Complete all additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Job Requirements: Previous use of a hotel property management system is an asset Strong verbal and written English communication skills Passionate about relationships Attentive to details Ability to problem solve Please apply online with your resume to the attention of the Human Resources Department.
