Title: Roofer (NOC 73110) Positions Available: 4 Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Salary: $27.00 per hour, $40.50 per hour after 40 hours/week Benefits: 4% vacation pay Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Language: Functional English Start Date of Employment (Approx. ): As soon as possible Job Location: Various Locations in Metro Vancouver Education: Completion of Secondary School required. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience Employment Requirements: Install, repair, or replace metal roofing systems and PVC roofing Install, repair, or replace single-ply roofing system using waterproof sheet materials such as modified plastics, elastomeric or other asphaltic compositions Install, repair, or replace shingles, shakes and other metal roofing tiles on sloped roofs of buildings Install sheet metal flashings Install and repair metal roofs using hand and power tools Set up scaffolding to provide safe access to roofs May estimate materials required and quote costs.
