Job Details Start Date: ASAP Status: Part Time Schedule: Tuesday to Thursday (10AM to 4PM) Friday (9:30AM to 4PM) Wage: $25.70/hr Location: Sandringham Hospital - 1650 Fort St, Victoria, BC Important Information: Maintenance experience required. Job Summary How you will make an impact: You will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day upkeep, maintenance, and smooth operation of the facility. As a Maintenance Technician, you will: Perform regular maintenance on the facility including changing light bulbs, carpentry, painting, minor drywall repair, minor plumbing, and tile repair Repairing Interior walls, installing drywall for repair or replacement Inspect the facility and other structures to detect malfunctions, furniture maintenance and conduct repairs accordingly Ad-Hoc duties such as Window and door repairs, mounting curtain poles, track, and fixture shelves Perform other work-related duties as assigned About you: Possess.
