As we continue to expand our operations, we seek a E-Log Auditor and Coach who is self-motivated and shares our passion for growth. Responsibilities: Monitor E-Logs for Compliance, Investigate possible violations and elevate when found, Investigate conflicts and unassigned time, address in back office as well as elevate non-conformance issues, Promote timely log certification, Monitor and investigate personal conveyance reports, Document corrective action and/or training provided to drivers, Prepare training and coaching modules on ELD / MIR / Vector Apps for on-boarding new and coaching existing drivers, Elevate issues of concern, Follow a driver coaching plan for Speedgauge reports, Monitor dashcam videos and elevate concerns, Cross train to support other functions of Safety Compliance as required, Compile weekly reports on KPI relating to HOS & MVIR Compliance, Other Duties as required.
