Job duties: The candidate will be overseeing four of our locations at Abbott, Keefer, Surrey and North Vancouver • Establish future goals for our brand and approve new policies and programs according toour current restaurants policies • Restaurant managers will be directly reporting to the candidate about daily operations ofeach individual store. • Supervise and report financials • Manage and control all daily matters regarding our brand with authorities• Hire senior managers and in charge of overall human resources allocations of the company • Create new financial targets annually for each location and change or create policy for them to get to those targets. • Establish new deals or relationship with new franchise stores like whole food, Costco andrepresent the company with potential investors and major clients • Approve and establish new store locations Other qualifications and attributes required: • A university degree or college diploma in business or related industry Minimum experience: • 5 Years’ experience as a manager in same industry• Possession of marketing or finance certificate are an asset.
