Production Manager A GBP 35,000 to A GBP 48,000 DOE + 30 Days Holiday + Pension + Long Term Development and Progression Peterhead 4 on 4 off Day working 6am to 6pm OR Monday to Friday, 3pm to 12.00am (Occasional Weekend work required) Production Manager required for a market leading manufacturer, who continuously invest in their business. They are a successful independent company who offer a personable working environment with great opportunities for training, development and progression. The Successful Production Manager will come from a high speed manufacturing background, as either a Production Manager, Assistant Production Manager or Production Supervisor looking to step up. Those with experience in FMCG or Food manufacturing will be at an advantage but this is not essential. The Production Manager Role: : Oversee production and ensure targets are met: Monitor product standards and have a sound knowledge of the quality control programmes implemented. Liaise and co: operate with other departments to maximum production uptime and ensure product integrity. Ensure the factory is audit ready at all times and that good manufacturing practices are always implemented. Manage and motivate staff through leadership and supervision. Identify the training needs and take appropriate action to have these training needs met.
