KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides support to the HR Manager to develop, interpret and monitor recruitment policies, procedures and guidelines to ensure these are regularly updated, implemented and communicated effectively Provides hands-on consultative service and expertise to facilitate the efficient recruitment and selection of high caliber, qualified employees across the business Works with management to determine strategies for attracting and retaining the best industry talent both domestically and internationally.
