Tamarind Indian Bistro is currently looking for an accounting Bookkeeper. Job details• Location: Mississauga, ON L5R 2N5• Salary: $27.00 / hour• Vacancies: 1 vacancy• Employment groups: Youth, Veterans of the Canadian Armed Forces, Visible minorities, Indigenous people, Newcomers to Canada• Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time: 40 hours / week• Start date: As soon as possible Job requirements• Languages: English• Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years• Should be accurate, organized and a team player• Familiarity with Excel, MS Outlook and Quick Books Skills & Responsibilities• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements• Post journal entries• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports• Prepare tax returns• Prepare trial balance of books• Reconcile accounts How to apply: By email: xyz X@Anyone who can legally work in Canada can apply for this job.
