Accountabilities Project Coordination Develop in-depth project plans and scope (time frames financials, outcomes) for our Hollow Metal division. Work with vendors and customers defining project requirements, share relevant documentation / reports and execute the project. Provide information and regular support to stakeholders throughout project. Act as a point of contact for various working groups. Understand the formal escalation and review processes. Create and review reports. Ad-hoc duties as assigned by management. Experience / Capabilities 3+ year’s experience managing, coordinating, or operating projects. Practical knowledge of business theory and concepts that apply across a broad range of businesses and situations. Experience with multi-stakeholder communications and ability to maintain relationships. Demonstrated knowledge of project management applications, MS Office and Google Suite. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with little supervision yet with a strong sense of teamwork. Coordinate plans and systems, set priorities for project deadlines, and assign work. Strong client-service orientation and good interpersonal skills. Ability to work and maintain accuracy under pressure, attention to detail and meet critical deadlines. Strong interpersonal and communication (oral & written). Strong organizational,.
