Part Time - 0.5Here at South Thames College, we are seeking a Centre School Administrator in our School of Adult Education at the Tooting campus. Reporting to the Senior Curriculum Administrator and the Head of College Administration & Exams, you will provide administrative support for the Head of School, School Management Team and curriculum staff in order to support the effective management and delivery of the curriculum and its operation within a designated centre. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will liaise with curriculum staff and cross-college services on student and staff matters and manage enquiries and administration tasks relating to courses. You will also provide effective and flexible support for ad hoc business tasks and events such as those linked to enrolment, progression, and admissions within each centre. Experience of working within a curriculum setting is desirable, as is experience of liaising and supporting students and staff and achieving successful resolutions and centre administration.
