Job Title- Graphic Designer Job Location- Scarborough, ON, M1H 3B7 Salary-$28.50 per hour Anticipate start date- As soon as possible Term of employment-Permanent, Full-time 30 to 32 hours per week Number of position- 1 Employment groups: Indigenous people, Persons with disabilities, Newcomers to Canada, Veterans, Visible minorities, Youth Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Morning, Overtime Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience1 to less than 7 months Responsibilities Tasks Supervise other graphic designers or graphic arts technicians Estimate costs of materials and time to complete graphic designs and illustrations Adapt existing illustrations Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations in order to meet their communications needs Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations Produce 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations Work in a multidisciplinary environment Co-ordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials Co-ordinate sub-contracting Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements Use existing photo and illustration banks and typography guides Experience and specialization Computer and technology knowledge Adobe Freehand Adobe Suite MS Office Adobe Illustrator HTMLXHTML Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Attention to detail Ability to distinguish between colours Sitting Personal suitability Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Initiative Team player How to apply By email xyz X@ Who can apply to this job?
