Job Summary: The role of a Production Associate is integral to the manufacturing process, contributing to the successful production of polymer resin pellets for plastic moulding while adhering to quality and safety standards. Job Responsibilities: Your supervisor may from time to time ask you to perform other related duties not specifically included in this job description. This job's key responsibilities include: Work Safety & Procedures : Responsible for performing tasks in a safe and productive manner related to the production of polymer resin pellets. Follow work procedures and manufacturing instructions consistent with established quality standards and work towards meeting production schedules and targets set by the company. Communication : Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding production progress, issues, and potential improvements. Machine & Equipment Operations : Responsible for operating various types of machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process and perform visual inspections to check the quality of the resin pellets being produced, immediately reporting any malfunction, quality concerns, or safety hazards. Work with the production technician to support any work required to address machine malfunctions. Maintenance and Troubleshooting : Support the technician to troubleshoot and diagnose any equipment or machine problems. Support routine maintenance tasks including cleaning equipment.
