Salary: $125,000-$150,000Location: Morris, IL - OnsiteResponsibilities * Support management of world class maintenance programs on critical environmental equipment. * Inspect and review maintenance activities to monitor compliance with all safety and environmental codes, and regulations * Prepare, submit, and manage the budget: cost control, cost tracking, oversight of monthly planning spend to budget, and overtime management * Facilitate communications between maintenance, operations, engineering, capital, and contractors for successful execution of daily schedules and routines * Facilitate root cause failure analysis, failure mode effects and critical analysis, and incident investigations * Coordinate with operations manager and area leaders to drive facility performance metrics, minimize production downtime * Mentor and develop direct reports, setting goals and objectives, and training plansQualifications * Engineering degree or 10+ years of relevant chemical manufacturing experience if non-degreed * Chemical manufacturing experience required * Process Safety Management experience required * Capex project managementIND 005 009
