KeyStaff is excited to announce that we are actively hiring for a Marketing Office Manager in Austin, TX ! Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Pay Rate: 28-30/hr Duties ans Responsibilities: Create effective strategies for advertising new products and services. Identify potential new markets and devise plans to enter those markets. Coordinate promotional events, ensuring successful execution through day-of deliveries and staffing. Lead and train teams of Marketing Associates. Review current marketing campaigns, identify weaknesses, and develop solutions within budget constraints. Analyze website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions. Collaborate with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand. Qualifications and Requirements: Candidates should have experience as a marketing professional or social media assistant/manager. Being fluent in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
