In your role as an Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide client support on all human resources related matters, including but not limited to, employee relations, HR Compliance and Affirmative Action, onboarding, learning and development, performance and talent management.Salary:$82,000 - $125,000 plus additional bonusSchedule:Hybrid schedule with 2 days work from home availableRelocation: AvailableFocus: This exciting role will offer support to our bleach plant locations across the US as well as project support to our regional HR Director. It is a dynamic and visible role offering further growth opportunities within our HR team. HR Business Partner Essential Job Functions: * Provides employees and managers with an available first point of contact for questions and guidance on fundamental HR policies and practices * Assists in career development, discussing career paths with line managers and recommending suitable candidates for promotion * Addresses employee relations issues, which may include leading investigations and implementing corrective actions * Supports Olin's DEIB and Affirmative Action initiativesHR Business Partner Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Organizational Development/Management, Employment Law or Business related discipline, or a corresponding degree in an HR related discipline * 1+ years recent related human resources experience * Demonstrated knowledge of employment and labor laws and regulations including FLSA, AAP/EEO, ADA/ADEA, FMLA, etc. * Technical abilities and experience with HRIS, ATS and other HR systems * The ability and willingness to relocate within Olin to other locations in the future is strongly preferred * Occasional travel is required, up to 10% * Must be able to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential and posses a valid US driver's licenseGrow your career where you are rewarded and valued.Who We AreSince 1892, Olin Corporation has steadily grown to become the industry leader in both chemicals manufacturing and ammunition.
