Description:
Perform various administrative duties to process shop invoices and maintain shop inventory in an efficient and professional manner.Key Responsibilities:* Process all invoices and purchase orders for shop materials, equipment and vehicles.* Maintain shop inventory.* Process all repair orders in a timely manner.* Handle all expense records for installations, containers and rolling stock.*Answer telephone calls in a courteous and businesslike manner.*Assist with Accounts Payable.*Perform other job-related duties as assignedRequirements:* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:* Knowledge of basic computer skills required.* Familiarity with JD Edwards AS400 systems desired.* Organization and data entry skills.* Proficient with I-PAK and/or TMW systems.Physical/Mental Demands:* Ability to stand, sit, walk, talk, hear and use hands and fingers.* Visual Requirements: include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.Working Conditions:* Work in front of computer terminal 90% of the time.* Noise level is moderate.* Work in indoor office environment 95% of the time.#GFLTalentWe thank you for your interest.
