Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts Communicate with customers to resolve billing discrepancies and facilitate timely payments Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable status Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and concerns Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred Proven experience in accounts receivable or related financial role Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, MS Nav, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy
