Responsibilities: • Create customized financial plans for each client based on their evolving financial needs• Develop a prospective customer base and advertise our financial products through referrals• Provide continued excellent service by cultivating long-term relationships with clients and remain in mind should clients have new financial needs• Determine each client’s financial status to provide strategic recommendations for products, plans, investments, and other methods to help clients achieve their financial goals• Remain updated about financial industry changes that may affect customers in your portfolio• Proactively build a clientele base through referrals, networking and targeted outreach Qualifications: • Needs to have the ability to market and network with potential clients• Eagerness to learn about the financial industry and our various offerings and products • Demonstrates a strong work ethic and integrity with excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or other related field is recommended but not requiredYou could be right for this opportunity if you have:• 4-year degree; or equivalent professional work experience• Enterprising ambitions• History of success in sales, athletics, military, client services, or client-facing roles• Excellent time-management skills• A desire for continuous learning• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship Compensation: $60,000 - $200,000 yearly About Company: Northwestern Mutual Santa Monica is the place to grow your career.
