Description:
Inspects and tests final products and incoming materials for conformance to customer and quality specifications; also prepares final products for shipping. Responsibilities:• Tests and inspects work in progress and finished products for conformance to product and customer specifications in accordance with company standards• Documents all instances of rejected products in accordance with company procedures• Inspects received goods and materials in accordance with company procedures• Labels and packages final products in preparation for shipping in accordance with production documentation• Assists in the maintenance of documentation in the Document Control System in accordance with company standards• Assists in the maintenance of documentation in the Corrective Action System in accordance with company standards• Assists with training Quality Technicians in quality assurance procedures and tasks in accordance with company standards• Detects and reports any deviations from quality standards to management• Validates build boards in accordance with company and manufacturing standards• Adheres to established company policies and procedures• Adheres to ISO requirements related to their area• Gains additional skills as assigned• Performs other related duties as assigned Qualifications:• Prior automotive industry experience preferred• Good Oral Communication Skills• Good Reading Skills• Able to use English and metric measuring tape• 20/20 vision with correction and no red/green color blindness• Manual dexterity• Mechanical aptitude• Physically able to lift 25 - 50 lbs.• Time Management• Attention to Detail• Computer skills Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly About Company: What we offer: Great company cultureRest and Relaxation: 10 paid holidays, accrued paid time offHealth Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision are partially paid for by usPrepare for the Future: 401(k) with company matchFree Financial Wellness services are availableFree Corporate Chaplain services are available
