Previous experience with a Used Car Dealership is a PLUS! Previous experience and a proven track record with secondary finance and deep subprime is a PLUS! Aggressively working special finance deals. Aggressively getting special finance deals hung. Aggressively working customers for down payment money. Training sales pros the right way to handle a special finance customer. Developing and/or growing relationships with special finance companies. Helping to keep a clean contracts in transit list.
