Responsibilities: • Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth• Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs• Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties• Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process• Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices• Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes in local regulations• Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants• Show properties to interested buyers or tenants• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements• Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients Qualifications: • Organized and manages time effectively• Great communication and social skills• A successful and proven sales history is preferred• Technology driven• Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently• Valid real estate license in the state of Florida• Strong knowledge of real estate law, property management, and fair housing regulations• Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal• Proven sales experience with a track record of success• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for clients If you are passionate about real estate, have excellent interpersonal skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
