Sales Bizlab a s we are seeking an entry-level Personal Assistant to assist in providing administrative and organizational support to our executives and team members. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an Entry Level Personal Assistant at Sales Bizlab, you will play a crucial role in helping our team stay organized and focused on achieving their objectives. Job: Full timeMonday to FridayWeekends free Pay Range: $17.50 - $28.00 hourly THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB Location: Miami, FL Responsibilities: Assisting executives with day-to-day tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements. Screening phone calls and responding to emails on behalf of executives. Managing and organizing documents, files, and records. Conducting research and compiling information for various projects. Coordinating and scheduling meetings, conferences, and events. Taking meeting minutes and distributing them to relevant parties. Assisting with the preparation and editing of presentation materials. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in office administration or related field is a plus. Prior experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred but not required. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
