A mission-driven nonprofit organization in Santa Monica, CA, serving at-risk youths is seeking an LCSW Program Manager to oversee a team of case managers. This position primarily involves intensive mobile case management and regular communication with community stakeholders, including schools, probation officers, and various community-based organizations. The LCSW Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the team provides high-quality support to at-risk youth, fostering their growth, resilience, and successful reintegration into their communities. Pay Range: $75, 000 - $80, 000 DOE Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations and management of 6 case managers Maintain and manage client case files and resources efficiently using the Apricot system Conduct weekly supervision meetings with the Director of Programs, providing updates on caseloads, client goals, and case management issues Facilitate and participate in academic and skill-building workshops for youth Ensure compliance with all required trainings and certifications Attend networking events and serve as an ambassador to promote the organization's mission and services Requirements: Master s Degree in Social Work with a valid CA LCSW license Minimum 3 years of experience as a program manager with supervisory responsibilities Experience in delivering individual and group supervision with ACSWs, MSW interns, Case Managers, and staff with lived experience Proven track record of working with at-risk youth, including foster youth and/or formerly incarcerated youth Class C Driver s License, proof of insurance, and access to reliable transportation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and Zoom Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred Benefits: Health coverage 403b plan PTO, Sick and Holidays off Hybrid schedule Mission driven organization Apply now! #LI-POST #LI-HYBRID #LI-IH1
