Shift: This role is 1st Shift, 3:45 AM-2:45 PMHourly Rate: $20.35 an hourWhy Conagra Brands - Council Bluffs:$20.35 per hour + .60 per hour attendance bonus Overtime Eligibility Excellent benefit package Up to 10 paid Holidays per year 401K and vacation Company Store The Blender will perform a variety of responsibilities including completing required paperwork, verifying and blending ingredients into sauces according to instructions, inspection of work environment including sanitizing equipment and ensuring the blend room has no condensation, cleaning machine parts, tools, utensils and work area ensuring good housekeeping and 5S standards are met. You will work onsite at the Council Bluffs location. You will report to the area Team leader. Essential Job Functions: Work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for position Can read, write and comprehend English Team Player Perform intermediate math functions in English (addition, subtraction, division, and fractions) Basic knowledge of computers Push or pull up to 50 lbs. repetitively Weigh-up ingredients Job Duties: Obtain all required paperwork for shift (e.g., scale verification, batch blend, time blend) Check pipes and doors for loose parts, Dry condensation in blend room. Sanitize equipment.
