Pay Scale: $16.00 to $20.00 an hour, depending on experience What You'll Do: Support the Lead Dispatcher in efficiently managing daily schedules to optimize technician productivity. Deliver unparalleled customer service via phone, SMS, and in person. Adapt quickly to last-minute schedule changes and ensure technicians are equipped for success. Drive revenue growth through proactive client outreach initiatives. Handle appointment scheduling and work orders and address client concerns with professionalism and care. Support administrative tasks to keep our service department running smoothly. The Ideal Candidate Will Possess: Minimum 3 years of dispatching or scheduling experience Proven client service experience Professional phone etiquette service, service dispatcher, dispatcher, customer service, scheduling, appointment scheduler, customer rep, admin, administrative assistant, administrative person, receptionist, hvac dispatcher, dispatch, technical, green company, team, coordinator, service coordinator, call scheduler, answer phones, service customers, team coordinator
