Countryside Baptist Church is looking for a part-time worship leader to lead worship at the Sunday morning worship service and other special music programs (Maundy Thursday, Easter, Christmas Eve, and/or Christmas). We are looking for someone who has previoous experience leading worship in some context. We are looking for a spirit-filled born again believer who loves the Lord, who has a passion for worship and exhibits a servants heart, someone who works well in a team and can lead us in corporate worship. Our current style is blended (hymns and contemporary) and we desire someone who plays an instrument (e.g. acoustic guitar, piano, etc). The desired candidate would choose music with input from the worship team, organize special music, organize practices, and participate in the worship commitee monthly meeting. The candidate should be able to operate the sound board and make necessary adjustments/changes. The candidate must agree with our doctrinal statement available at CBChutch.com. The position should require on average about 10 hours per week and salary depends on the level of experience and skill.
