Responsibilities Assist team with preparation of drawings through SD, DD, and CD phases Measuring and documenting existing buildings (As-builts). Maintaining and coordinating with consultants as per project Maintaining all project drawings, specifications, and consultant 's work Research and ensure compliance of design with Florida Building Code and other codes. Maintain office standards and quality control Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Qualifications & Education Bachelor's or higher in Architecture from a NCARB accredited 4-6 years of work Excellent Verbal and written communication Hand sketching of ideas and Software Knowledge 3D Software: REVIT 2D Software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (Adobe).
