LOCATION OF POSITION: **Newdale, Idaho Are you looking for an opportunity to leverage your talents in a growing organization? PURPOSE OF POSITION: This position is responsible for supervising, coordinating and conducting operations for the customers and team at an ACI location. This role will be expected to maintain a professional relationship with internal stakeholders, coworkers, site managers and customers. This position is located in Idaho Falls. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform duties and deliver results in new situations while adhering to safety policies without compromising the team's values Support the loading and unloading of grain from rail cars and/or trucks Support inventory reconciliation Manage employee schedules including PTO, to maximize plant efficiency Manage and aid site maintenance and reliability tasks Manage local team members and support their development and growth Ensure product meets all specifications through quality inspection Have a passion for production management, a desire to learn new skills and a continuous improvement/process improvement mindset Develop relationships with customer counterparts, facilitating quality goals and expectations. Other responsibilities as needed QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will possess the following: High school diploma or equivalent; 3-5 years operations experience preferred Must have mechanical aptitude for minor repairs to the equipment when necessary Strong reading comprehension, writing, and math skills Proficient in English both written and verbally Ability to run large equipment Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Able to lift 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force Able to wear respiratory protection Able to sit at a desk for extended periods of time as necessary Able to work in hot and cold conditions, both in an office environment and in the grain elevator Ascend and descend stairs throughout the facility Wear the required Personal Protection Equipment Other duties as assigned by role.
