Internal Medicine physician employment in Virginia : - BC / BE Internal Medicine- 2024 start- Employed, full-time position- 100% outpatient- Group has about 18 providers. This location has 1 MD and 2 NPS- See ages 18+- Variety of payors, private insurance and Medicare- Avg 15-20 patients per day- Typical Mon-Fri regular office hours. Some start / end time flexibility available- Phone call only: about 1:12 weekdays and every 8-10 weekends-4 day week can be considered- EMR = Athena- Salary plus quarterly productivity and quality bonus- $230,000 base for new graduates, negotiable for experienced providers- Shareholder option- Matching 401k retirement- Life, disability, dental,- PTO = 4 weeks in year one; 5 weeks starting in year 2- Join a physician friendly practice and find the job satisfaction and work life balance you have been seeking- Wonderful family-friendly direct suburb of DC with excellent retail, dining, and educational options
