Bibey Machine and Fabrication is seeking qualified candidates for the role of Quality Inspector .Bibey Machine and Fabrication is a Greensboro, NC based company with three locations in the Triad. Our vast array of services includes custom machine design, welding, gear cutting and metal fabrication performed on state-of-the-art equipment. Our experienced team also does production milling and turning as well as fixture and gauge design. Our capabilities include machining and fabrication with metal, plastic and phenolic materials.As a Quality Inspector , you will Inspect work-in-progress and product ready for shipping to ensure they meet the quality specifications Read and interpret mechanical drawings or fabrication prints as needed Measure tolerances and the placement of cuts, welds, holes, etc. Record and report quality errors and variances per the company's quality policy Approve product for shipment The successful candidate will have At least 2 years of experience in the machining and fabrication industry and or equivalent experience inspecting quality with metals The ability to read and interpret blueprints or mechanical drawings involving brake operations The ability to communicate verbally and in writing using English The ability to meet the physical demands of the position which include manual dexterity to be able to safely operate the machinery and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds The ability to pass our pre-employment criminal background screen Bibey Machine and Fabrication offers competitive compensation and a generous package of benefits which includes paid holidays and vacation, health insurance, dental insurance and other supplemental insurance offerings, a standard four day workweek with the opportunity to work overtime.EOE/e-verify Job Posted by ApplicantPro
