As a Member Contact Representative, you will be able to use your excellent communication skills to provide professional and personalized service to our Members/Customers. You will have the opportunity to showcase your success and earn incentives when you meet monthly sales/service goals. In addition, you have the satisfaction of helping our members/customers while learning and growing within the Financial Services industry. On a daily basis you will: Answer incoming telephone calls and assist members with any of the following: Resolving problems Cross-selling credit union products Rate quotations/negotiations Researching account information Ordering checks, statements and check copies Job Responsibilities quoting savings and loan rates quoting blue book rates ordering checks ordering statements and check copies calculating and quoting dividends (interest) and loan payments paying off loans payroll deductions providing general information setting up automatic transfers advising member of investment opportunities or options referring the opening, adjusting and closing of accounts cross-selling Credit Union products other duties as assigned. Qualif ications, capabilities, and skills High School Diploma or equivalent.
