Looking for a new career opportunity for 2024? Do you have experience in electronics? SMT? Soldering? If so, consider joining our team-oriented workforce. Dynamic Manufacturing is accepting applications for a Process Technician . The Process Technician provides technical support to the manufacturing operation. Qualified candidates must have mechanical assembly skills, soldering ability and working knowledge of SMT operations and electronics is preferred. Surface Mount Production duties include: Develop, maintain and adjust process recipes and machine profiles. Program machines as assigned, including file management and backups. Ensure internal and customer quality standards are met. Troubleshoot the production process when necessary. Machine Maintenance responsibilities include preventative maintenance, machine trouble-shooting, identifying and maintaining spare parts and ordering service parts. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and competence in SPC techniques as well as problem solving techniques. If you are self motivated and function with minimal supervision and are an effective communicator, consider this first shift opportunity. Physical demand are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successful perform the essential functions of this job.
