Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business, Economics, Sociology, or related field, plus five (5) years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate work experience in the position offered, as a Manager, Consultant, or related occupation. Must have experience with: working on the business operations or analytics team of a top-tier consulting firm or high-growth start-up; working cross-functionally with teams in Operations (including Trust & Safety and Customer Support); Go-To-Market; International Expansion; and Engineering, Product, and Design; excel, SQL, and data visualization tools: Tableau and Sigma to isolate trends; and managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
