We are a dynamic team in need of a reliable part-time handyman to assist us approximately 5 to 10 hours per week. Your expertise will be invaluable as we tackle various maintenance and repair tasks. Responsibilities:• Conducting minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.• Identifying and resolving common household issues promptly.• Assisting with small-scale renovation projects when required.• Ensuring all assigned tasks are completed within set deadlines. Qualifications:• Previous experience in construction, maintenance, or related fields is required.• Proficiency in a wide range of handyman skills is essential.• The ability to work flexible hours and handle jobs promptly is a must.• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are important.• Candidates must reside within a 20-minute commute of Scottsdale.
