Responsibilities: • Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business• Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met• Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up• An active listener who offers empathy and encouragement to buyers and sellers to ensure mutual trust between our team and our clients• Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Team and individual sales• Lead generation• Set appointments• Close appointments • Database and CRM Mastery Qualifications: • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies• Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities• You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills• Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude• Has excellent organizational, time management and follow-up skills• Real estate license required• Commission opportunity • Great communication Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan About Company: As a team, Kindred Real Estate did over $54 million in gross sales in 2022.
