You’ll act as the buyer’s main point of contact from the first message to the final sale and ensure they have a positive experience with us. Responsibilities: • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget• Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close• Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction• Lead follow up• Real estate sales• Database campaigns• Lead generation• Set buyer appointments• Incorporate listing appointments• Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired• An established track record of successful real estate sales • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• A real estate license required• Commission opportunity• Great communication• Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $130,000 at plan About Company: Keller Williams- Somerset is Metro Detroit's most collaborative office.
