You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market• Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale• Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience• Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget What We Are Looking For • Present Houseworks Collective products and services to potential customers and work with customers to understand how you can best serve their needs• Conduct listing presentation meetings to educate and close new customers on working with Houseworks Collective• Identify homes to show prospective home buyer clients after conducting a thorough needs analysis and aligning on new home criteria; schedule home showings for home buyer clients• Serve as local real estate market expert - advise customers on local market dynamics & home prices• “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers• Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth• Attend team meetings at our Milwaukee office to collaborate with your team Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car• Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have • At least 2+ years of experience as a licensed real estate agent in WI• Strong communication skills - both written and oral• A drive for results balanced with strong collaboration skills and humility• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage & prioritize your time as well as collaboratively with a team• Experience with CRM and industry-specific software• Strong knowledge and expertise in Real Property and relevant laws and regulations• Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills• Excellent customer service skills, communication, and negotiations Compensation: $75,000 - $200,000 yearly About Company: We are a team of high-producing - like-minded real estate professionals.
