Role Summary We are seeking an organized and upbeat administrative professional to join our team. In this role, you will represent us by creating a positive first impression with our potential and current clients, as well as assisting our Houston team with general office support. What You Will Do Manage front desk operations (i.e. incoming calls, greeting visitors) Manage office vendors including but not limited to delivery, office machines, coffee service, water company, etc. Coordinate and train backup support Maintain inventory of office and break room supplies Keep lobby, break room, and general office areas organized and tidy Assist with data entry and reports in a gency management system What You Will Experience Competitive compensation package Generous time-off allowance, as well as major holidays Comprehensive benefit selection, including company 401(k) match Gym membership reimbursement Hotchkiss is an EOE and drug-free workplace.
