Job Responsibilities Source, qualify, and add drayage carriers to our network Maintain and develop close relationships with drayage carriers through daily communication Research, negotiate, and provide market-competitive rates with drayage carriers Understand the drayage market and seasonality in order to provide customer with high quality service Cross collaborate with other departments to ensure shipments are covered with the best viable option Quickly and efficiently solve problems and make decisions Provide superior customer service Other duties as assigned Work Experience and Background Requirements Logistics experienced preferred Understanding all aspects and requirements for container movement Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required Sales and negotiation skills Strong decision-making ability and judgment Positive and energetic team player Flexible thinker, solutions-oriented Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Benefits Competitive base salary and commission plan Health, Dental, and Vision insurance 401K Paid vacation On-site training *This position is not offered remotely*All state and federal COVID guidelines are being followed in office.
