Position: Site Setting Out Engineer Location: Cork City Salary: Excellent Salary & Package on offer. Key responsibilities: Setting Out – groundworks & structural – Use of GPS, total station & automatic levels Coordinating site drawings Daily liaison with the project team, design team, and subcontractors Monitoring and recording of materials, plant, and logistics Implementing QA procedures, concrete pre/post pour checks, RFI’s and resolves technical issues Record keeping and reporting Assist in maintaining and monitoring safe working practices on site. Specific Requirements Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree 2 years’ experience in a similar role Previous Main Contractor experience Previous projects experience on Construction/Civil Engineering projects Residential, RC Frame, Retail/Commercial, Pharma, Datacentre, Hi-Tech Proficient in the use of GPS, robotic total station, and levelling equipment is essential Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Auto CAD, Revit, Navis works, Microsoft Due to the urgency of this vacancy, it is not possible for our client at this time to consider anyone without the appropriate work permits, visa or sponsorship's already in place.
