The Role: As a Lettings Finance Manager, youll oversee the daily financial operations of the groups lettings activities. Responsibilities: Oversight of landlord & contractor payments Involvement in acquisitions Conducting bank reconciliations Setting and measuring KPIs for recognition & rewards Providing support and guidance to the team Requirements: Previously worked as a Finance Manager or in a similar role. Possess 1-2 years of experience in lettings and financial management. Prior background in estate agency with at least 6 months of listing experience Financial expertise with knowledge of ledgers and processes. Valid driving licence. Right to work in the UK.
