Job Description Staffing Now, a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client in hiring for receptionist opening. The position hours are Monday - Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm working for their corporate office located in Denver, CO. A summary of the role will include: * Directing incoming calls and assisting with general inquiries * Greeting visitors and directing them to the right meeting rooms or personnel * Ensure the front lobby and conference room kept clean * Assist with mail incoming and outgoing to include sending overnight packages via FedEx, UPS or other * Maintain the break room area to ensure supplies are stocked * Assist with other projects as they become available Qualifications: * 2+ years of administrative experience in a professional office setting * Strong attention to detail * Excellent communication skills - written and verbal Compensation and Benefits:The compensation for this position starts at $23.00 per hour but can pay higher. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
