Seeking a Carpenter and Lead Carpenter for a direct hire opportunity in Madison, WI. This position offers Gas reimbursement, possible company vehicle, and employee benefits including PTO, Medical, Vision, 401k and more! Salary is at $30 - $45 hourly depending on experience Responsibilities for Carpenter Lead: New construction framing and finish work Commercial ground up and interior remodel projects Listen and think critically, take direction and feedback from Superintendent, and communicate effectively. Participate and contribute to following the construction schedule/project timeline. Assist the Superintendent in creating a safe and productive job site. Track your work progress and regularly compare it to the construction timeline. Lead by example; team building, communication, listening, and creative problem-solving. Qualifications for Carpenter Lead: 3 plus years of Commercial or Residential carpentry experience required Perform physical labor as directed by Superintendent Work outdoors in all weather conditions Experienced in Finished Carpentry and Framing, and work desired.
