Your dedication and compassion will contribute to the overall well-being and comfort of our patients.Responsibilities:- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the nursing team.- Provide assistance with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient comfort and safety.- Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration for patients as needed.- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for patients.- Maintain a clean and organized environment to promote infection control and patient safety.- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent.- Completion of a state-approved CNA certification program.- Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of North Dakota.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and thrive in a supportive, community-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!
