Then we simply give them the freedom to take their career (and Golderado) further. Key Information: Must be able to oversee entire construction project. Must be able to provide leadership to promote productivity on site. Must have at least 10 years experience in civil construction. Must have 3-5 years of undergrounds experience. Hours: based on a 40 hour work-week, but extended hours are required during construction season. Hourly rate is dependent on experience. Health benefits, vacation pay, and other benefits offered. Job Description: Plan the construction project to establish affective organization. Direct the overall construction program of the project. Provide leadership to promote maximum productivity. Maintain accountability for field costs and forecast costs to complete; and implement cost control procedures within the Project Execution Plan. Recommend the award of construction contracts based on the analysis of the estimating department. Negotiate contractual terms with the selected contractor(s); and administer contracts efficiently to maximize contractor performance and minimize exposure to claims and extras.
